Levi Otis, a filmmaker, producer & vision of film industry!!! An exclusive interview

Journalist : Please introduce yourself!!! –
Hello, my name is Levi Otis, I am a filmmaker
Journalist : What made you pursue a career in the film industry?
I was in drama club while in high school where I would write and produce short plays for the students to watch during lunch, and through college I continued drama. But it wasn’t till I graduated college and moved to Californian things changed. I was in the mall with a friend and a weird looking guy approached me about doing a commercial because he like my long hair. I took his card, I was reluctant at first, but my friend told me to give him a call and glad I did because this guy was the real deal. He booked me in a Gap promo commercial. There I met other people who were actors and I started doing background work then it branched off to small roles here and there. Once day I was working production on an indie movie set where they were only paying people a slice of pizza. I did it for the credits and to network. But this person was so rude and disrespectful that people start walking off set. At that moment I knew that I wanted to create my own content and treat people with respect. By this time, I was working at a group home where the clients had more sense than the workers. I found comedy in this and created my first web series call “underpaid” I was working on another set with Doug Spearman, an actor and producer. I had met him when he was on a popular show called Noah’s Arc, he was working on his first movie and invited me to set to be background. The way he ran his set was so professional, he treated everyone with respect from the Lead to the PA and I knew that how I wanted to run my productions. This is when I knew this was what I wanted to do forever
Journalist : What qualities should film producers have?
I think the main quality would be to know your vision and be opened to making some changes along the way if need be according to budget and locations needed. And always treat your cast and crew with respect. This is important when building a loyal cast and crew
Journalist : What aspect of the career in film making do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy the concept to bringing it to life. This has some stressful moments but worth every bit of it
Journalist : What are you most proud of in your professional experience?
The way I make people feel when they see my projects, including cast and crew
Journalist : Why are you committed to discovering new directors?
I think new directors can bring new visions. Something that you didn’t even think of. And I like being in the position to give other opportunities
Journalist : What are your projects that upcoming in next ?
KXNG D.O.P.E. I am currently shopping this, And in the next month I will be filming “The Real Nico Live” and “Case Management” season 2, then I will be finishing up writing the “BRADEN” movie

“Wake Up” Feat. Bizarre & “Tough Love” Feat. Merkules — Dual Diagnosis Delivers Raw Emotion and Powerful Visual Storytelling

Lost Soul Productions LLC announces the release of two gripping new singles from Dual Diagnosis: “Wake Up” featuring Bizarre (April 17, 2026) and “Tough Love” featuring Merkules (April 24, 2026). Together, these records highlight an artist committed to raw storytelling, striking visuals, and unfiltered expression.
Dual Diagnosis is quickly building a reputation for delivering music that cuts deeper than surface-level themes. His sound blends heavy emotion, dark undertones, and reflective lyricism, creating records that resonate with listeners facing real-life struggles. Rather than following mainstream formulas, he leans into authenticity—turning personal conflict and growth into compelling art.
To amplify that vision, Dual Diagnosis connects with two powerful voices in hip-hop. Bizarre brings his legendary shock value and fearless approach, while Merkules adds a grounded, emotional intensity that has made him a standout in modern rap. These collaborations help shape two tracks that feel both distinct and connected.

“Wake Up” Feat. Bizarre — April 17, 2026
“Wake Up” delivers a hard-hitting message centered on realization and urgency. The track challenges listeners to confront truth, break illusions, and become aware of what’s really happening around them. With sharp lyricism and a dark atmosphere, the record sets an intense tone from start to finish.
The artwork reinforces this concept with a disturbing yet symbolic image: a warped clock fused with a human eye, bleeding and surrounded by chaos. It represents time slipping away and the moment when awareness can no longer be avoided. The visual and the music work hand-in-hand, pulling the audience into a tense and thought-provoking experience.
“Tough Love” Feat. Merkules — April 24, 2026
Following that awakening, “Tough Love” shifts into the reality of endurance. This track explores pain, lessons learned, and the strength it takes to keep going. Dual Diagnosis and Merkules deliver emotionally driven verses that speak to resilience and survival.
The cover art features a rugged, mechanical heart glowing beneath a worn exterior. Set against an industrial backdrop, it symbolizes damage, pressure, and the ability to keep moving forward despite it all. It’s a powerful visual metaphor for the track’s core message—growth often comes through struggle.

A Unified Message
While each release stands strong on its own, together they tell a larger story:
- “Wake Up” captures the moment of awareness
- “Tough Love” represents the aftermath—learning to live with that truth
This dual rollout showcases Dual Diagnosis not just as a recording artist, but as a creator with a clear vision—blending music and imagery into a cohesive narrative.

Who is DEEP$IDE? Meet the Next Global Force in Music

In an era where the music industry is more saturated than ever, one artist is cutting through the noise with relentless ambition and a global vision. At just 23 years old, DEEP$IDE—a Texas-born rapper, singer, and entrepreneur—is positioning himself as one of the next breakout forces in music.
With nine mixtapes released between 2021 and 2026, along with a steady stream of singles, EPs, music videos, and live performances, DEEP$IDE’s catalog reflects not only consistency but a drive that refuses to slow down. His journey, rooted in a small-town upbringing and shaped by worldwide experiences, is quickly evolving into something much bigger than music.
From San Angelo to the World
Born and raised in San Angelo, Texas, DEEP$IDE grew up in an environment where creative opportunities were limited. “Growing up, I feel like in my town, there was no opportunity or industry — unless it was oil fields or the military,” he explains. “When I wanted to make music, I just went on my iPod Touch and made songs on iMovie because I didn’t know another way.”
That early resourcefulness became the foundation of his work ethic. At 18, he left home, determined to pursue music on a larger scale. His journey eventually led him to travel extensively, exposing him to new cultures, sounds, and perspectives that now shape his artistry.
The Origin of DEEP$IDE
The name “DEEP$IDE” carries its own story. Originally performing under the name DSXD3, he pivoted after a moment of inspiration tied to a viral clip referencing “Deepside.” What started as a misinterpretation became a defining identity—one he now carries with pride as his brand expands globally.
A Sound Without Borders
DEEP$IDE’s music stands out for its versatility and cultural fusion. His 2025 self-titled project DEEP$IDE showcases a wide sonic range, blending hip-hop, trap, and R&B with international influences like reggaeton, cumbia, and corrido-inspired production.
“I really like to mix cultures in my songs,” he says. “As I traveled more, I learned about different genres, and I started incorporating the sounds of the cities I lived in—San Diego, Baltimore, Washington D.C., West Texas. After ten years, I feel like I’m finally creating my own original sound.”
The result is music designed to be both energetic and universal songs meant for clubs, road trips, and everyday moments.
From Performer to Power Player
Beyond the music, DEEP$IDE is building a business. As the founder of Westside Queens, his independent record label, he’s taken on the roles of artist, promoter, and executive.
What began as a small collective has evolved into a platform for emerging talent. Through live events and showcases across Southern California, he has helped introduce new artists to their first audiences—earning him the nickname “the youngest boss in Daygo.”
His performance resume continues to grow, including a standout appearance at Kushstock Fest 2025, where he performed in front of thousands alongside major names, further solidifying his presence on larger stages.
Building a Global Brand
DEEP$IDE’s ambitions stretch far beyond music alone. Inspired by entrepreneurs like Elon Musk and Steve Jobs, he envisions Westside Queens as a global brand that expands into fashion, culture, and beyond.
His next move reflects that vision: a planned relocation to Tokyo in 2026. There, he aims to grow his sound internationally and establish a foothold in one of the world’s most influential cultural markets.
The Road Ahead
For DEEP$IDE, the journey is defined by persistence and belief. “If you want something bad enough, you’ll find a way,” he says. “I work too hard to lose.”
It’s that mindset—paired with a growing catalog, international influence, and entrepreneurial drive—that sets him apart in a crowded industry. As he prepares for his next chapter overseas, one thing is clear:
DEEP$IDE isn’t just chasing success—he’s building an empire.
And if his trajectory continues, the world may soon have no choice but to pay attention.
