RayShawn Abram (Rah Montana) was born in Omaha,NE—a product of the notorious northside. He began rapping in the early 2000’s, inspired by his younger brother DB. The pair put out their first CD in 2007–DB and Rah-Rah, The Talk of the Streetz. The day after releasing their first album, DB was murdered. Rah retaliated, and as a result he received a 130 year prison sentence. By the grace of God he won an appeal and was recently released after serving 12 years. Since being home he has been on a passionate pursuit to make up for lost time. Being a gritter by nature, he’s started two businesses, picked up on his music dreams, and released a book (A Buck Thirty: Tha Reason) pertaining to his journey.
