Exclusive Interview with Rising Actor & Comedian ‘J-SMOOL DA BOSS’

JOURNALIST:  Tell me about yourself?

My name is Jerry Roberts, but I go by my career name J-SMOOL DA BOSS. I was born and raised in a small country town called Americus, Georgia, which is my hometown. I love music, gaming, comedy, and acting as my favorite things to do. I am also a business owner, my businesses are “T-shirts by J-Smool,” “Handbags by J-Smool,” “Photography by J-Smool.” I love to travel to various places and cities in my spare time to go sight-seeing, attend events, go shopping, go out to eat, enjoy nature, and do entertaining stuff. I release my song called” Dance Like TikTok” on September 29, 2023, my EP album called” Hell U Tammat” on October 6, 2023, and my single song called” Do You Know” on October 13, 2023.

JOURNALIST:  What first got you into music?

What first got me into music was as a little kid I seen my brother and my cousin rapping and making music and it made me want to get into music as well. Also, I love to rhyme when you listen to my music, you will notice my rhyming scheme and my rhyming flow by listening carefully to the lyrics. I just like to hear myself rap and listen to myself on the radio. I also learn how to write my own music, record my own music, produce my own music, and make my own beats myself which I was self-taught.

JOURNALIST:  How would you describe the music that you typically create?

I would describe my music as rhythmic, lyrical, motivational, encouraging, inspiring, storytelling, fun, exciting, and creative. I create music that people can dance to, relate to, have fun to, and enjoy. When people listen to my music, they can easily remember my lyrics and catchy phrases along with beats that represent my music.

JOURNALIST:  Who would you most like to collaborate with?

I would like to collaborate with Lil Wayne, T.I. and Boosie, Ludacris and Usher because they are talented and gifted in music and have an incredibly unique flow and style when rapping. I grew up listening to all their music and watching all their videos. They make real genuine music that people can relate to, and they have their own original flow and taste in music.

JOURNALIST:  What is one message you would give to your fans?
