Trevor Nase (born October 31, 2000), known professionally as Nas-T, is an American record producer, composer, and songwriter from the Philadelphia tri-state area of Pennsylvania. He is currently signed under ASPromised Entertainment, a record label founded by Philadelphia natives Marcus Morris and Markieff Morris of the National Basketball Association (NBA). “Marcus and Markieff are currently under contract with the Los Angeles Clippers and the Dallas Mavericks for the upcoming 2023-24 season.”

The rising producer’s music career started at the age of 18 when his sports timeline was cut short due to injuries. He shifted his focus to music when one of his close friends introduced him to the digital software FL Studio, previously known as FruityLoops. Since then, the 22 year old producer has gained a respectable amount of traction, and his catchy producer tag “Ayo Nas-T, Spin The Block” can be heard frequently throughout the Philadelphia tri-state area. Pairing that with what many have described as a heartfelt/nostalgic production style, he has become a go-to local favorite over the years, producing songs for some well-known Philadelphia artists including Toure, Lil Ki from Jerome, Kur, SheedTs, SimxSantana, Lay Bankz, Dappa, and many more.

On March 10th 2023, Atlanta artist Lil Kee, who is currently signed under Lil Baby’s prestigious label 4 Pockets Full (4PF), dropped a mixtape titled “This My Life”. Nas-T received production credits on this project, producing track #3 “I Wish”, which is his most notable release to date. This production features a beautiful piano melody composed by “Camm” and “Sko”, layered with a sample from the hit song “Airplanes” by B.O.B and Hayley Williams from Paramore. Nas-T’s drum bounce and arrangement added the finishing touches to what went on to be a fan favorite from this mixtape. Later this year, he was also seen in pictures and videos with Meek Mill and other Dreamchasers affiliates attending a release party for Philadelphia’s own Lil Ki from Jerome’s latest EP “Thanks to Jerome Street”, which Nas-T executive-produced.

We will be keeping close tabs on the aspiring producer, as it seems that he will continue to add on to his production credits to finish off the successful year that he has had so far.
