Journalist-Please, Introduce yourself?
Ya I go by Restlezz I’m from ogden utah born and raised. Been doing music since I was 13 and haven’t stopped since.
Journalist-What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?
I always liked seeing my favorite artists on the TV in music videos and it made me want to do what they did. I use to perform songs in my room from albums I had because I liked music so much. I realized I was actually pretty decent at it and thought I should keep going.
Journalist-Tell us about your new single. And what’s the story behind it?
I have a single dropping November 8th called Why U MAD. It’s a track about how people get mad when they see you doing something good for yourself
Journalist-What makes your music unique?
I wouldn’t say its unique it’s just a mixture of music I grew up listening to from oldies to funk to 90s rap and all kinds of underground hip hop.
Journalist- What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
Keep grinding keep going nothing happens overnight anything good always takes time and patience
Journalist-And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?
Ya I’d like to collab with any one I’ve done major collabs already and local collaboration so I’m willing to work with anyone
Journalist-Any upcoming projects?
I have an ep dropping soon called ADHD ten tracks of one verse songs. Should be something different for my listeners.
