As an artist and a songwriter MichelMoreLife has been working hard to climb the industry ladder. Growing up as an artist a big achievement in his life, He constantly had earplugs in to listen to the latest tunes. He was born and grew up in Brussels, Belgium.

In the beginning of 2020, he went to the studio because his friend wanted to record a song. It all started from there, he felt the vibe he liked and wanted the experience more. He started free-styling over beats and one day started writing down what came to his mind.
That’s how he created the song “Bochten” on February 2021. This song has marked the beginning of his career. Later that year followed his track “Het Verschil.”

He says

“I listen to all kinds of music, but I prefer rap. When I make tracks my targeted audience are people who like my talent, who enjoys rap and drill. I hear a lot of rappers saying that they make music with their fans, I make music for my fans and friends! I would only release a song if I’m confident I’d also listen to it.”
MichelMoreLife saw potential in what he was doing and contacted a known beat maker “Chris Rich”. Together they made a drill beat that would suit his new lyrics.
“He wanted to make a song that people would remember for ever. The most important part was the hook, that had to be special.” That’s how he came up with the song “Lacking”, it has reached over 100 thousand streams on Youtube and even more on other streaming platforms. This song has been played on repeat by local radio’s.
“I always wanted this, to be known for my talent. One of my best moments was when a fan walked up to me to ask for a picture because he’d seen me on his television. I’ve never experienced a feeling like that!”
For this year he has a structured plan to continue working on his career. He has multiple tracks ready for release. “He is waiting for the summer, because  people feel like in a good mood and his music will only make it better. He exercises a lot, that’s where he gets inspired.”
For now he is an independent artist, which means he is in total control of his releases. Two labels have been in contact with MichelMoreLife to offer him deals, but they wanted a big percentage of his earning to which he declined both offers.
Being independent artist
“I’d rather stay independent and have my own voice than to obey orders that I don’t like. I know it’s going to be more difficult that way but success doesn’t come without it’s struggles.”
