Mob Jr from Phoenix, Arizona repping the legendary Mob Figaz in Northern California and Mayjah Payne from West Los Angeles, California are the artist who’s never been afraid to think outside of the box. Their music is exciting, creative and raw. Their latest single  “Fear No Evil” produced by @RawwSlapz just charted in the Top 20 on the Apple Music ITunes UK Hip Hop Charts. They hit #18 under Giggz this week! “Fear No Evil” is the first song they recorded together and it’s inspired by their real life.

Tell us about your latest releases, Who Has Been Your Source Of Inspiration In Making Music?

Our record “Fear No Evil” produced by @RawwSlapz just charted in the Top 20 on the Apple Music ITunes UK Hip Hop Charts. We hit #18 under Giggz this week! “Fear No Evil” is the first song we recorded together and it’s inspired by our real life.

What is unique about you and your music?

The authenticity is what is unique. Everybody has got a different story and everybody’s pain and struggle is different, but it’s still suffering. We got the ability to shed light on different issues in life and manifest what we want to manifest.

What type of music do you listen to?

Rest in Peace to Jacka, Mac Dre, Nipsey Hussle and the other legends who held it down. RIP Traxamillion. Shoutout to C-Bo, Too Short, E40, The Mob Figaz, Sugarfee, Yukmouth and Dru Down. Shoutout to Keak Da Sneak, J Dizz, Philthy Rich, Lee Majors, The Mekanix, Rick Rock, Rob Lowe, Doija V, Mozzy, Larry June, Nef the Pharaoh, Rick Rock, and all the beatmakers, HoodStarz, Lil Blood, The Regime Mob, San Quentin, T Nutty, Deltrice, Dubb 20, Joe Blow, Berner, J Stalin, and the AR records staff.

What inspires you to write music?

The streets.

What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out?

Never give up and see it through. Jacka told us, “I gave you a chance and I believe in you, the only thing I wanna see you do is see you see it through..”
