What is your name and what city do you rep?
My name is, Eric Williams AkA LongBeach EWill
I was born and raised in Long Beach California
Tell us about your latest releases, what inspired you to create them?
My single Pain what is this song that was dedicated to my little sister jayshawna Who was shot and killed in 2017 at the age of 18. It also was dedicated to my godmother Beverly, she passed away from cancer.
My second single On Babies. Wasn’t inspired by Long Beach as well as relationship
What is unique about you and your music?
I feel what’s unique about my sound is the personality in my voice and I have my own sound.
When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?
I had a feeling almost my whole life but I really didn’t know until December 2021.
What type of music do you listen to?
I listen to all genres of music from gospel hip-hop House music R&B country all the way down to rock
What inspires you to write music?
Music is in my soul it’s like I’m a poet, it’s a talent that I’m not letting go to waste
What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) and that you are passionate about?
I’m being a great father five-year-old daughter Erica , I Played professional basketball for 11 years overseas, I’m currently boxing to go pro so I’m working out every day that’s what keeps me busy.
What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out?
Since my brother DW flame is in the music industry already I pretty much have insight on everything I need to know as well as other friends in the industry that helps me out
