JOURNALIST-  Please, introduce yourself?

My name is Christopher Vigo but the music world knows me as Chris Pain.. I am 24 years old and I hail from The Bronx, New York.

JOURNALIST-  What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?

Music literally saved my life and since the age of three I was dancing singing and just a little ball of energy and the moment I hit the age of seven I knew I wanted to do something with this talent. Also the many people i’ve met through the time especially a female by the name of Rose Rios she taught me to never give up and gave me a purpose 10 years ago to keep going.

JOURNALIST-  Tell us about your new single. And what’s the story behind it?

My new single “trendsetter” which is on all platforms streaming right now is literally just trying to bring hip-hop back to the Bronx where it started and just talking your shit because if you are not confident in this music game then what are you.

JOURNALIST-  What makes your music unique?

I feel like my music is unique because it comes from somewhere it’s not just written and sad and made up it’s raw it’s real and it’s uncut I give people the uncut version of myself.

JOURNALIST-  What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?

The advice I will give to /spiring musicians is to never give up and to always stay true to yourself.

JOURNALIST-  And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?

A musician I definitely wanna work with in the future is Chris Brown.

JOURNALIST-  Any upcoming projects?

As of now there are no upcoming projects however I will be working on many singles and many collaborations throughout the year of 2022 so I’m down to work with anyone and everyone.
THANK YOU !!!
