ASHLEY RAE HARPER : INSIDE A DAY IN MY LIFE

You don’t have to be an elder to be a wise and intelligent being. Ashley Rae Harper proves that day by day, age is nothing but a number when it comes to being studious and running your own business. At the ripe age of 20, she has created a successful podcast, acted in a thrilling noir film, and has been accepted into a University. This point in her career, it has the average patron wondering, is there anything she can’t do? The answer is absolutely not, but we are welcome to come along for the ride.

At 14, Ashley Rae Harper was forced to channel her drive to be an athletic champion elsewhere after suffering a number of injuries. Little did she know, this would change the trajectory of her life for the better. She would find a love and passion in being center stage and acting for the masses. As all who first dive into something new, she had to mold her talent into something that would make her a standout in the industry. While she is still growing, she is creating opportunities for herself that go beyond what she ever imagined.

She is the creator of podcast, “The Ashley Rae Harper Show”, a platform that discussed the ins and outs of media and entertainment. Her entrepreneurship mosied into her life as an entertainer, prompting her to fly out to audition for a role in “True Story: Chapter II God Tells Bad Jokes”. The director was so impressed by this effort that they hired Harper and she put on a performance that was one to never forget. One can say she channeled her inner “Marsai Martin”, one of the icons in the industry she looks up to.

Ashley Rae Harper never let her business get in the way of her personal studies and vice versa. She has held a grip on an excellent GPA that has granted her an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from Central Piedmont Community College. She is continuing her education at the University of North Carolina as a premier scholarship recipient. In the future, Harper hopes to expand her career in entertainment by taking the wheel behind the camera. She wants to direct everything from music videos to documentaries. With her big brain energy, it is no doubt that she will accomplish that and more!
